I think the book three times is excessive. It gives the impression that management favors the long stays at the expense of short stays. In addition to booking fee (7,50 €) are much too high.
The reception is problematic in French, only one person speaks very little French, so that staff is bloated.
Finally, I find that prices are overrated despite the setting, service and cleanliness. Excursion tips: les randonnées
