Un très jolie camping avec une équipe d'animation de tonnerre.
On est très bien accueillit.

Site très bien situé. Accès mer direct, bonne organisation, prestations répondant à nos attentes.
Activités bien sympathiques : mini-club enfants, jeux gonflables, aquagym, soirées musicales...
Nous avons trouvé des gens très motivés pour nous faire plaisir !

agréable camping en bord de mer, un grand bassin et une pataugeoire chauffés idéale, animations sympa, personnel super, le tout avec un mobil home au top, seul bémol, la piscine extérieure non chauffée pendant la saison, mais nous reviendrons.....

The string "Village Center" and camping "The Castellas 4 stars" disappointing and annoying ...
After trying several channels such as camping Yelloh CAMPEOLE village and we were curious to see another string camping village center.
We decided to take one of Sète "the castellas 4 stars" being the headquarters of this chain and thus for us a little showcase of Village Center. It is certainly more expensive than other campsites corner but we wanted to go out of curiosity.
I take the phone to reserve 4 days in mobile home and I came across several people from home who do not take my booking but I redirect to a no surcharged indigo, light and somewhat commercial, I call to book directly home but not for their organization ??!!!!
I take the 2nd option to complete a form on the internet so they do not to do so and to work!
I also feel that by following the concept of "Village Center" or camping castellas the **** ???...
We are in low season and we call by telephone to the home castella if you can not come during the day and we respond before 14:30 for their organization.
It was still lucky because of the high season is from 17h to 11h and departure for their organization which is 8 hours and less on a stay.
We therefore wait until 14:30 with a baby and we discover the site "the castellas" is a huge campsite in length that is facing the sea but separated by the road to Agde hyper present during the stay because bruyante and across the length of the train noise sympathique ...
In high season this site should be a gas plant because there are 600 locations and 384 locations, and the pool should be full in August as they say "a city (like Paris) near a city (Sète). .. Also, if it was bad luck to be at the wrong end of the campsite, you have to walk about 1 km to make a splash as all activities are being opposed.
It is all in the mobile home to 40 € per night in low season, I open and I find myself having to break the furniture. I loose the baby after 30 seconds is completely dirty, tables and garden chairs are sticky and the mobile home sale.
Basically, I start the season for this location!
We are asked to come and not before 14:30 for their organization to the German campsite 4 stars, we thought they were taking care professional to verify the mobile home before we assign it and not at all.
So, we give a helping brooms and mop fast baby to sleep that has been waiting for a nap until 14:30 for their organization.
We later discovered in a brochure in the welcome kit baby who has never been proposed, was free in low season.
Person to the state and for good reason: mobile home sale and missing items, no small pack cleaning or soap in the bathroom (in fact in campsites Yelloh 3 stars once with a bottle of wine).
Mobile home is quite nice and pleasant with a beautiful interior decor.
I will report the following day at home did not see anyone on the same day in low season that the mobile home was dirty and was missing an element (you never know if they hold the price of the article on the bond square for their organization in the German that we must respect).
I am therefore entitled to for not being in the home their report on the state of the mobile home and I am therefore at fault.
I must confess that I am leaving my hinges at the time by telling them that the organization was arranged for them and not the tourists.
We have released the mobile home at 11 am (both say that the nap is still fucking baby) for their organization in the German 4 stars in low season when they have 600 locations which ¾ free.
Finally, we will not return to this site on castellas and even the "village center" with no indigo (the principle of no indigo is that the cost of communication is supported by the appellant) where there is a regardless of cost and not customer service. Petit rappel: 600 locations and 380 locations facing a swimming pool, a bakery, a supermarket ...
We do not quite drastically "The Castellas and the Village Center next if the organization is the same on all camping ...
