We traveled with a caravan (with tent), and two large dogs. It was very pleasing that we were not stuck in a "Ghetto Dog", so that our dogs are not so much stress had been with other dogs. Directly behind our parking space in the dunes is a large fenced dog run. Similar, there are two on the island. Early in the morning and later in the evening we were able to run the dogs also good on the beach without anyone might feel harassed. With small children I would not recommend Romo, partly because we had a very strong wind, it is probably something for beach sports. The campground is clean, the staff at reception friendly - what more could you as a camper:)

We were Enda June to early July for 10 days with our camper and dog to this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shopping mall (Butikstr.) with its shops and restaurants was also appealing and good.
In the dunes a dog outlet to find the class was, and then the dog shower, genial.
The entire facility was very clean and tidy, the same was true for the sanitary facilities.
The wide beach was super, just a few drivers that have a F1 race track and are confused as gerast B. ..
Conclusion for us: We come back to Lakolk camping.

Enthusiastic letzjährigen of residence (first WE in August) on Lakolk camping, was this year (also the first WE in August) mild ausgrdrückt cheek. The camp itself, the direct beach location and also the infrastructure (shops, restaurants, disco) is great, the behavior of the Lakolk personnel but totally unacceptable.
Baseline: 6 young people 24 to 30 years, the camping is fun to have, but just make sure that nobody in the neighborhood is disturbed.
Brief Summary: pavilions must be reduced to 22:30, you might have a little longer sit in front of the tent. Music (really quiet, no big investments, etc.), actually had not even desired, must completely anyway evening off. Alternatives would be going to the beach, to dodge forecourt (shop and disco bar), or half past ten in the tent and sleep. Indeed, even speeches quietest (I really do not exaggerate) is apparently in the tent and will be immediately banned from the night vigil comply, sometimes even provocative has been waiting for something to find, then what justifies a warning. Opening a beer can from a person who is actually only around half past four the morning after a long evening in the beach tent wanted was apparently too much really. The result was an invitation to leave Lakolk camping. But not about the morning, but in the late afternoon against 18 clock. At this time, of course, all drivers had already drunk alcohol. But no matter. You might sleep in the car somewhere. Besch values (factually) were tired smile. It has apparently enough paying customers.
Large groups of 20 + people in the immediate vicinity, were at the mercy of the guards strangely unaffected. Direct neighbors (and longtime visitors), which visits all the night guards were able to overhear, was speechless when she saw how we are reducing our tents.
Actually Lakolk Camping is really nice, but for a weekend with friends just something to have fun together, not suitable.

the growing tendency to overreact staff, while local undisturbed enjoy their music, was with us constantly rumgemeckert and constantly threatened with rauswurf even though we only talked once and not more music heard in the disco and implement gabs constantly fights with the guards only then intervened as a Dane was injured, but not than six Danes (included above) to a tourist einprügelten. the landscape may be beautiful, the guards and some (not all) islanders, however, were all foreign tourists compared very hostile, so I would not be this island families still recommend young people.
