Nachdem ich alle Bewertungen gelesen habe muss dieser Platz im Sommer (Hauptsaison) ganz passabel sein.
In der Nebensaison ist man als Gast aber eher etwas lästig. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist eher Pampig und unfreundlich läst den Gast gerne mal stehen wenn Feierabend ist.
Das Personal ist aber nicht generell unfreundlich. Die Bedienungen im Restaurant sowie der Platzwart waren sehr, sehr freundlich.
Etwas Ärgerlich sind auch die Plätze rund um den Bannwaldstadel da, dieser, von jedermann für Feste ect. gemietet werden kann. Leidtragende sind die Camper um den Stadel herum.
Die Sanitäranlagen sind weitgehend sauber und gut beheizt. Duschen kommt ca. 10Sekunden lang Wasser dann muß neu gedrückt werden.
Naturverbundene freuen sich auch garantiert über die vielen Spinnen in und um die Sanitäranlagen.
Was auf diesen Platz aber der absolute Hammer ist. Pro Kwh 60Cent (da liegt das Problem aber nicht am Preis!das verlangt fast jeder) Man steckt selber ein(Anschlußkosten einmalig 2€) es ist kein Zähler da, es wird kein Anfangsstand bekannt gegeben.
Die Platzgrößen stimmen nicht wie im Internet vorgegeben.
Es war ein eigentlich schöner Platz mit ärgernissen die man Vermeiden könnte. Excursion tips: Neuschwanstein, Tegelberg, etc.

Campeggio usato come appoggio per 3 giorni. Livello medio, costo nella norma. Piazzola per tenda con poca erba. Buona organizzazione ordine e pulizia.

Wir waren in der Hochsaison am Bannwaldsee. Als erstes einige Worte zu meiner Bewertung. Das ,,Mittel'' zu den Sanitäranlagen resultiert von den zu wenigen Toiletten. Ich mußte oft in der morgendlichen Hochphase von 08:00 Uhr - 10:00 Uhr anstehen. Das nur ,,Gut'' zum Stellplatz gebe ich aufgrund der manchmal zu kleinen Stellplätze. Zelte oder mittlere Caravans haben Platz, aber für größere Wohnmobile aind die Stellflächen zu knapp.
Sonst gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Das Wasser am Bannwaldsee war herrlich erfrischend und sauber. Auch gut, dass den angrenzenden Badebereich der Gemeinde Schwangau nutzen kann. Auf dem Campingplatz ist immer Leben, die Kinder kommen in allen Bereichen auf ihre Kosten. Abends wird ständig ein musikalisches Programm im ,,Stadl'' angeboten. Trotz des riesigen Zeltplatzes ist Ruhe angesagt. Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass man sich Holzböden ausleihen konnte, so dass man auf trocknen Untergrund im Zeltbereich leben kann.
Also absolut empfehlenswert. Excursion tips: Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau, Tegelberg, Füssen

With a party of nine people, the price was lower than any we encountered on a ten day stay in Europe. The site was well laid out, and well drained (a blessing in the rainy weather we experienced). The facilities were phenomenal - heated washrooms, drying rooms and Miele washing machines for use at a reasonable price - and immaculately clean and well maintained. Dinner in the restaurant was a treat and reasonably priced. All this and Neuschwanstein five minutes away - who could ask for anything more? Excursion tips: Neuschwanstein

After visiting the city of Monaco, the Olympic course and participated in the famous beer festival, our return trip took us to visit the castle of Neuschwanstein, better known as the Castle of Füssen. Our journey aboard a mobile homes, provided the departure from the stage in Schwangau by the campsite Bannwaldsee. At our arrival the reception was friendly. The camp, since the time of the year, 26 September 2008 was not very busy but we immediately hit the order, cleaning and disposal of almost perfect bys. Finally, a tribute to the arrangement and cleaning of toilet. Never until now had found services so well kept and clean!
Do not forget that the price paid for 5 people, campers and electricity was better than other camping with clean facilities and definitely much, much lower.
So ..... recommended for all to spend holidays on the wonderful location in which it is located.
