My first holiday at the campsite ..
Review of camping-girl from Lower Saxony / Germany, August 2008

... spent my friend and I spent three days in the summer of 2008 in a small tent on the campsite Wattenlöper in Cuxhaven-Duhnen.
After a very unfriendly welcome (unfortunately, we came at 13:10 and did not know that from 13-15 clock is lunchtime .. "Come clock back to 15 .. you'll have to wait until ."... The tone makes the music !), we received after waiting two-by another employee a nice neat little place for our tent.
On the campsite:
I was the first time on one, but this felt very nice. Whether one has a lot of space for his tent / car badly, I can appreciate, but there were super nice toilets, which convinced me. (The main building, I was really very good, the sanitation something farther back not so great ... a bit more to hire?). The showers are small individual cabins, very clean, with plenty of shelves and a large mirror. And the sink was found in small spaces angetrennten use if you wanted.
In addition, there is space on the kiosk or a snack in the morning at seven delicious sandwiches.
Overall, I must say>: At this camp, I would, regardless of the situation considered, go again.
Situation:
The indicated 100 m to the beach really agree, once on the road and it is already as good as behind the dike. Only stupid, that is exactly where the volleyball courts are. A few steps to the left and it is but for the typical beach chairs and also arrived at the part where no beach chairs are: So, just perfect.
At the center of Duhnen (the village wells) is there something more. Indicated were 5 min. Which certainly also agree with the warm weather came to me just a little longer before: D And I was jealous of the guests from the campground Seelust, a few steps less had to go! ;)
I personally find the "inner city" very beautiful, I can recommend, if you eat well and cheaply go to the "Metsch, directly at the village fountain. * yummy *. or the soft market on the savings =)
Arrival:
Who's with bus and train travels, travels by train to Cuxhaven and in front of the station then the bus stops. Within about 20 min. then you reach the stop "Seelust". It simply asks the driver if he anfährt imagine this, I think it's the 1001, 1006 and 1007?
