Wir haben eine Woche in einem Appartement dieser Anlage verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen und wir werden wieder kommen. Eine wirklich gute Adresse am Fusse des Pilion. Wir würden Camping Sikia mit seinen Appartements, dem Strand und der gut geführten Taverne in der Anlage jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Excursion tips: Stadt Volos, Wanderungen im Pilion, Strand Peltsis

Der Campingplatz Sikia, nahe der Stadt Volos, ist einer der schönsten Plätze in ganz Griechenland und läßt das Herz eines Campers höher schlagen.
Die Eigentümer sowie das Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die traumhafte Lage, Berge zwischen zwei Meeren (Pagasitischer Golf und Ägäis) bieten herrliche Urlaubsbedingungen, ein wunderschöner Platz um es sich gut gehen zu lassen. Mensch und Tier, jung und alt, alle können sich dort wohl fühlen, baden wandern und Ausflüge machen.
Für uns ist Sikia seit Jahren zur zweiten Heimat geworden.
Trotz der momentanen Wirtschaftslage hatten wir während unseres mehrwöchigen Aufenthaltes (Mai/Juni, Sept./Okt.) keinerlei Beeinträchtigungen verspürt. Die Menschen und das Land sind dieselben geblieben.
Auch 2012 wird unser Ziel wieder der Campingplatz Sikia sein. Excursion tips: Meteora Klöster, Skiathos, Skopelos, Halbinsel Pilion, Volos

Sikia
The campground is located on the west coast of the Pelion peninsula by the sea. Until Volos is 12 km. It is so far the best camp we have visited in Greece. The terraces ranging in plant allows a fantastic view of the coastline and the sea. There are also parking spaces available next to the sea and all the seats have plenty of shade. The beach is cleaned daily and the sea is very calm and always crystal clear. Ideal for campers with motor boat with less horsepower. The facility is well maintained. Every day, the roads and streets cleaned and maintained the gardens. The bathroom facilities are exemplary and clean. The food in the restaurant is plentiful and cheap. The plant has very good water can be drunk safely. The water is not chilled in a water tap available. From the campsite you can reach the villages of Kala Nera, Kato Gatzea walking distance. The supermarket is well stocked at reasonable prices. The cost of parking, depending on the season extremely favorable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are several languages spoken in particular perfect German. We will come back for sure. Excursion tips: Ostküste Pilion

In 15 years of camping is one of the most beautiful place where we stayed. Perhaps the most beautiful camping in Greece!?!
The site is idyllic locations in terraces, as hundreds of olive trees, overlooking the sea (Gulf Pagasaí) where we saw some dolphins!, Beaches and private coves where there are many fishes out ... A dream.
The restaurant is nice. Every Friday night the musicians are playing traditional country music, joined by several Greek patriotic!
What about owners of the site (2 sisters)? Welcoming and warm, they are always looking for customer satisfaction.
The campground is open during July and August but we did not feel crowded on each other.
Nationalities represented: Dutchmen, Germans, French, Austrians 2-3, 1-2 and 1-2 Swiss, Belgians and Hungarians. Excursion tips: Trikeri, Milopotamos beach, Makrinitsa
