Very pleasant although brief stay. When we arrived after dark the manager was very helpful. He had taken receipt of our hired camp equipment that had been delivered earlier that day by a courier, and look after it till we arrived, and gave us a great pitch close to facilities as I was travelling with a young jet lagged child. Couldn't be happier with the warm friendly service and clean neat facilities, would definitely stay here again. Thanks for helping to get our trip of England off to a fantastic start!

A very beautiful and excellent camping site located with friendly staff and a lot of rest. The plots are divided into three zones for which a space separated from the caravan plumbing is available. The medical facilities are generally clean and are monitored and cleaned every day. The campground is well controlled and not more than fifteen minutes away [on foot] from Brighton. The price is on English level, but what is offered appropriate. Who wants to roam Brighton and the environment and draw on a tent or caravan is in good hands here! Excursion tips: Brighton, Portsmouth, Isle Of Wight, London,

A nice, small, friendly campsite

We, mother and 4 girls aged 14-15 years, have found a nice small and well-maintained campground. At the reception we were greeted very nicely, and despite my lack of English skills you have my every wish fömlich read from his lips. The reception is also a small shop where you can the most essential matters (common food and camping equipment to buy smaller). The tents are quite large and have a grass surface and are fairly level. Power can be booked (I had as a rookie camp but no CEE-Adapter - stupid run). Water connections are located on the campsite. The health and sanitation facilities (room with toilets, 3 showers and 6 hand basin and 1 fan) were mostly clean. For showers, etc. No additional fees are charged, only the hair dryer costs 20 pence. During the morning there was schonmal minor delays in the showers, but everything is still in the green zone. There is also a room with washer and dryer, which can be used for a fee. Outside, there is a covered sink. Every morning a small "car rolls over." You could of fresh occupied or unoccupied and bacon rolls, cakes and hot coffee and cold drinks buy everything. Very beautiful was also the adjacent area with a pond and petting zoo. I have not seen a playground, but children can also play so well at the camping grounds. A very big advantage is its location just 500 meters from the railway station "Pevensey and Westham" removed. From there you can very inexpensive trips to Eastboune, Brighton, Hastings and London Enterprises (London, 1 adult to 4 children and return incl ticket for bus and rail in London !!!!! = 25.20 pounds of England is due to expensive ). Do not worry, the proximity to the railway brings no noise with it. As I said, the location is perfect to start from there trips. However, we have, after I had gotten used to driving on the left, just completed a tour to London by train. Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings and Rye are only a few stations that we could visit in a short time. Brighton, it has done to us as special. There was really for all that: hype on the pier, great beach, great shopping district (a lot of business as in London) and the mother was also cultural - the cathedral, a small art and design museum with free admission. The city tour with the obligatory double-decker was worth it. In the evening we were still in the cinema. Although the prices are somewhat higher than the German, but are still in the green zone. Conclusion: We go out again guaranteed. With a little over 100 pounds of camping fees for 4 nights and 100 € per nose for food and trips, etc. This was a very cheap and superschöner holiday. (For gasoline, we have also paid about 150 € and for the ferry Calais / Dover 95 €.) Excursion tips: Eastbourne, Hastings, Brighton, Rye, London, Südengland

Our children want to like table tennis. The Rock Pegs could be made only with great difficulty down. Below the gravel was a thin layer of concrete. Yours sincerely, Andreas Kramer
