einmal und dann immer wieder

Nach einigen neuen erfahrungen in europa von 1990 - 1996 hatten wir 1997 das erste mal mit einem wohnmobil in prerow (regenbogencamp) halt gemacht. Eigentlich wollten wir nur wenige tage bleiben und dann weiter tingeln. Wir sind 2 wochen geblieben und seither jeden sommer wieder dort. Wegen der großen beliebtheit kommt es halt im sommer mal zu wenigen schwachstellen. Wer es perfekt will und auch noch für wenig geld soll ruhig wo anders suchen! Die ersten jahre haben wir unsere kinder im herbst gefragt wo es im nächsten sommer hingehen soll, sie nannten immer prerow. Nun sind sie erwachsen und gehen eigene wege, für die zeit einer eigenen familie aber steht für sie jetzt schon fest, camping in prerow. Nicht nur die lage vom campingplatz selbst ist einzigartig, auch die weitere umgebung, die freizeitmöglichkeiten, der strand!! und das personal im camp. Die sanitäranlagen werden 2x täglich gereinigt, für normale benutzungen völlig ausreichend.
Wir sind sehr amüsiert wenn leute online meckern über das zelten in den dünen, die langen wege zum wc, matschige waldwege, mücken usw. Bitte bleibt weg!! Um so angenehmer ist es für die echten prerow-liebhaber. holger und kathrin

Da wir vom Camping in den Dünen viel gehört hatten, haben wir 2 Wochen Prerow gebucht. Stellplatz für Wohnwagen auch direkt an der Düne zur Ostsee bekommen - traumhaft. Für den Stellplatz an sich daher 5 Sterne.
Aber: Für einen Preis von etwa 50 Euro/Tag ist der Sanitärbereich schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Für die Anzahl der Gäste viel zu klein ausgelegt, die vier Duschen im Waschhaus auch noch sehr eng und von 5 Lampen 3 defekt und innerhalb von 2 Wochen auch nicht ausgetauscht. Durch die Überlastung daher auch häufig nicht sehr sauber. Für den Sanitärbereich eigentlich 0 Sterne.
Bei dem Preis fragt man sich weiter, warum zwar Strom in die Dünen gelegt wurde, das Wasser aber nur bei den Waschhäusern zu holen ist.
Die Gegend selbst ist wunderschön und eigentlich ein Radfahrerparadies, aber im Darßwald befinden sich doch zuviele ausgewiesene Radwege, die entweder sandig oder mit der guten alten DDR-Platte gelegt sind, so dass es im Halbsekundentakt ruckelt. Eigentlich eine Zumutung, wenn man auch auf Fahrradtourismus setzt.
Fazit: Wenn man seinen Wohnwagen an der Düne hat, gibt es kaum einenm schöneren Stellplatz an der Ostsee. Aufgrund der schlechten Sanitäranlagen muss man den Platz allerdings als völlig überteuert ansehen. Wir wären gerne wiedergekommen, aber hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht.

Wir waren sehr entäuscht von diesem Platz. Unser Wohnwagen wurde irgendwie am Weg im Duft der Toiletten hingestellt. Als man Nachfragte ob ein anderer Platz möglich sei, bekam man die patzige Antwort; "Alles voll". Aber die ganze Zeit waren andere Plätze frei.....
Sanitäre Anlagen sind viel zu klein und ständig dreckig und überlaufen.
Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker ist auch nicht genug...
Freizeitmöglichkeiten wird nur für Kinder oder Halbstarke angeboten, die dann Nachts sehr laut sind.
Einzig die Traumhafte Umgebung der Halbinsel konnte uns gefallen.
Also wie gesagt, niemals wieder....

Unmöglicher, mückenverseuchter Wohnmobilstellplatz

Eigentlich hatten wir geplant, 2-3 Nächte im Regenbogencamp zu verbringen. Beim Check-In waren die Erwartungen angesichts des sehr teuren Preises (40,00 pro Nacht) sehr hoch, wurden aber auf dem zugewiesenen Stellplatz gründlich enttäuscht.
Die Wohnmobilstellplätze sind im Wald und matschig und mückenverseucht; sehr schlecht wieder zu verlassen, wenn alle Plätze belegt sind; die Sanitäranlagen sind klein und wirken ungepflegt; die Zugänge zu den Sanitäranlagen sind teilweise nur Trampelpfade. Nach einer Nacht haben wir den Campingplatz ohne zu frühstücken um 8.30 Uhr fluchtartig verlassen - zum Glück hatten wir vorerst auch nur eine Nacht bezahlt.
Dieser Waldgürtel wird vom Regenbogencamp grundsätzlich als Parkplatz für die Zelt- und Wohnwagen-Urlauber benutzt, dafür ist dieser niedrige Waldteil geeignet, aber nicht als Wohnmobilstellplatz.
Wie das Regenbogencamp in Prerow dazu kommt, einen derart überhöhten Preis zu verlangen, ist uns ein Rätsel - NIE WIEDER DORT HIN!

The parking space for motor homes has us very much. The children could enjoy the animation very well ... the tournaments offered was well received. The restoration was satisfactory and the service is good.

Unfortunately, the season was something tangible, not, fortunately, at the very friendly staff. Area and the piazza super. Shower a bit small, especially the separation wall, making clothes and shoes are also showered.

Oh, oh, I had become ill, very suddenly and quite stupid, so we both could not even travel to compete. This is very bad, because I Prerow since year and a day know and love - with motorhome, it would have been the first time ...
Thus it should not be - it would be a wonderful relief for body, mind and soul have become - because I know how wonderful it is there.
And I am very sad and somewhat silly, of course, annoyed by a rapid disease that made me for a few days, unable to travel - which is fortunately over again! And the weather was in the week was also a super-Prerow Weather ...
Okay - next year it will try again - hopefully under better conditions!
And many thanks also to the non-bureaucratic way of withdrawal! Prerow is just top!

This year I had the time to experience the place myself after my son has been 2 years with my aunt and their friends come to this place. I was only approximately 3 days at your camp site but I could reasonably make a separate image. Schön was our place directly on and in the dunes. So we could well the chaos of the most wonderful young people watch. We were glad that we have not had as a neighbor. The first time in the naturist area to swim and life-I was also very good, although I have not previously been known. Schade was only the "textiles" probably did not know where they are located, and a funny looking at mostly. Blöd were also the "schnaps corpses" on the day between families. In particular, I have annoyed me about the renewal of cards for the sanitary facilities. Who had the stupid idea? Who knows how arduous the eigendlich again go back to the place is when one finds one has forgotten the card? We were in the early 90s on many occasions at the campsite in Prerow. Over time, we felt ripped off more. Here quite clearly the beautiful location and the landscape will be marketed. The prices are no longer offered. Particularly annoying for campers is the required payment in advance. This is not only in Prerow, but as we learned this year, also in Boltenhagen on the rainbow camp of the case. The result is that we have extended by the day because we had the exact departure date is still open. We were not the only way Sun The dissatisfaction with this procedure was generally quite large.
