It was a wonderful relaxing holiday.
The place we liked in the September time very well.
We had a lot of space and our peace. The pool was great
and clean, we have it more often used. The Camargue is worth seeing,
Pure nature. We would go there again jederzheit.
We can only recommend the place.
The proximity to the sea and also to the small town of Saint Maries de la Mer was
OK, too. You can explore very much in the area, which is especially nice
was by bicycle.

Beautifully situated in natural environment

It was a modest but peaceful vacation.
We were with three adults and 5 children.
However, my specific information needs for the camp were too complicated, because the staff only speaks French and writes. So we had to take two seats and pay for all water and electricity, although we only have electricity needed (about 10, - € / day more), we could separate us then were the children with their tent spacewise müssen.Unsere places at the end Diagonal together.
The beach and the water has us very much.
The bays are very clear, there is quiet and crowded places, and fishing can be almost anywhere.
Yet there are no recreational activities or beach there, but I liked it, so there was room for our ideas.
We have fished with the kids, flying kites, castles built, searched and watched crabs, mussels collected, paddled with the air mattress in the bay and into the raging waves.
The water was refreshing, not too cold, sometimes quiet times bumpy. One could choose the bays, one received waves, was the other protected suitable for children.
Unfortunately, not many German-speaking children were there, French is hard to understand halt and English could hardly anyone.
All animations were held in French and it was mostly just watching.
The borders of an already a bit.
The Camargue is a beautiful unspoiled piece of country, and we have noticed only on the way home, when we first large industrial parks and towns again saw how refreshing it was there.
A great plus there's quite easy to stay with our dog.
You can walk right outside the square with the dogs around and take them on the beach into the water (whatever you take so usually anyway).
The prices are somewhat like us, except the ice is teuer.Unsere first round because of a misunderstanding has cost us 32.50 for 7 people.
The Arena offers Torro biscine to "bull must be lured into the pool of people" is quite funny, is announced on the site in French.
The city Aignes Mortes is quite interesting because of its location and there are wonderful small shops, with many works of art and unusual things for normal prices.
In Artes there is a large market with cheaper prices than in the tourist shops.
It's nice to have seen it all times.
Again, there might be a bit monotonous, my son said: "In three years, if I have learned in school French enough."

Super nice vacation with toddler in a mobile home

Review of Janka from Germany, October 2008
Language of the review:
Review is based on the year: 2008

Wunderschöne 14 days in a very well-maintained facility with a fantastic environment!
We can not understand the negative reviews. Everything was just super! We were with our 1 1 / 2 year old son there and could tell us about the hygiene is not complaining. We have a mobile home for two weeks in September posted. The place was not crowded (low season), so we had the pool with only a few guests. I have rarely, a small but well-kept and so beautiful pool view (not even in some 4 + 5 star hotels)
The staff was very friendly and most peculiar in the reception has been with us tried to speak German! We have in return, of course, also tried a few words to speak French!
The campground has everything you would on a camping space: lots of room, direct access to the beach (even if after 20 clock at the plant had to go in order to come back here, so the way was not really long, so that even our Son of the half-way alone is gone and he is only 18 months old), large plumbing systems (which we viewed, but since we had a mobile home did not use), a small bar, a small shop, fresh baguette, bread and Croissant, a playground, ... whether it was animation, we do not know because we go during the day in the neighborhood were!
It was our first stay in a mobile home and we were pleasantly surprised. The mobile home was super clean, comfortable and had a relatively large covered terrace. Although the mobile homes of the tenants had to be cleaned, have also been cleaning teams, the premises once again completely on the "head" and have cleaned. We were on the second day no hot water, after the complaint has not lasted 5 minutes, until there was a craftsman and the damage is repaired.
The nights were, except for the roar of the sea very quiet! Only our last night was by a few very loud youths disturbed, so we have not reported to the reception, so we do not know if they would care about.
Area remains only to say, lots of nature, great beaches, fantastic animals ... Just the wonderful Camargue:)
Can this plant in the off-season really recommend !!!!!!!

Nie wieder

Review of Customer from Schleswig-Holstein / Germany, September 2008
Language of the review:
Review is based on the year: 2008

Le Clos du rhone raids without end!

Review of Customer from Germany, June 2008
Language of the review:
Review is based on the year: 2007

The village itself was probably good, but everything more or less in the nature reserve! So especially for nature lovers ... The camp was for us at first glance beautiful and had 4 stars. The place was quite full, but we still have a pitch without getting electricity. In the first night were several tents aufgeschlitzt and cash stolen. In the second night some tents aufgeschlitzt cars and even broken. Everything had a bit of value was stolen, even well-hidden things! In the third night was even trying to break several mobile homes, which has not worked and they have simply punctured the tires. THEN WE ARE DONE! For us, nothing happens, but for all others in the vicinity. The reception did not continue to care, because the pitch would be yes and the police also came just short, they've got nothing done, and after five minutes were gone! The Germans and others were able to see how they are without money and without any help at home, because the whole holiday was gone, up to 5 euro which she had in his pocket! This is all happening even though the place was guarded throughout ... Only at night were the bodyguards apparently fear itself, so a lot could be stolen and the holiday was HORROR RIDE!
