We found the site easily from directions given. Our arrival was suprising with all the flowers and foliage and the small hotel it all looked very nice. The staff were helpfull and polite. we were shown to our pitches which were a little small compared to our sites here. However one should expect that in Italy. We had enough room to put out our awnings without them touching, good for here. We had shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon just as we had asked. The facilities were spotless, plenty of dishwashing for us boys and plenty of showers and toilets for all. There was a small shop and bar on site with a bar which sadly closed at 1900. The supermarket was about 7/8 minutes walk which proceeded the start of the Town and waterfront, with more bars and restaurants than you could manage in 2 weeks. The shoping was small but very nice, I have the bills to match. The lake front was direct from the site with a superb view, during daylight and nightfall. There was a bus stop north and southbound from outside and just the otherside of the supermarket the was the ferry to most of the lake towns. I would recomend the trip tp locarno to go the Domodosola railway in fact do not miss it. I would recomend this site to all couples but perhaps not to families there are ones next door and over the road with facilities for them. Excursion tips: Stressa, the railway, Intra and the Sunday market.

Mit anderen Zeltplatzgästen befreundet zu sein passt nicht ins Konzept.
Freundlicher Umgang mit den Gästen haben die Betreiber anscheinend verlernt.
Ansonsten ist es ein gepflegter und sehr ruhiger Platz, mit wie schon von anderen Gästen erwähnt, sehr kleinen Plätzen.
Für uns war es aber das erste und letzte Mal. Excursion tips: Cannobio, die Täler

The place was booked by my daughter. The cleanliness was, as already mentioned, first class. The pitches are a little small compared to many as French campsites. The beach at the lake is covered with gravel, who loves it? You may need shoes to go swimming. For children no playground. The plant is restricted traffic, children can play freely on the site, eg, to drive scooters. Ball games are also a bit problematic but then, the vehicles associated with on the pitch, which is somewhat narrow. The bar and the outdoor area is open long. There are many Dutchmen, but that does not matter.
We have examined other campsites on the lake and there was then compared to these lengths but the better ones. The adjacent site Canobbio is natural and is very attractive. There come many other places in the area as Ascona, did not cooperate.
In any case, nearby is the environment. The narrow streets of the mountains are up a good challenge for experienced drivers.
So still quite attractive and recommendable.

This campsite has the friendliest and most efficient cleaning lady luck to possess, one can imagine. This nice lady was always very polite, always helpful and always had a smile on his face. They even sang happy working in front of him and greeted each guest discreetly, to nodding happily at all and intrusive. Their constant presence has ensured that we had the impression that the toilets were cleaned around the clock. Everyone was allowed to slouch even more than the just freshly cleaned and still feuchtgewischten ground. She nodded, not only gracious, smiling, as it would do otherwise only grandmothers with their grandchildren, they also encouraged one at that. It felt as if she were a bird's breast, their chicks would push the first flight from the nest gently. The atmosphere and the cleanliness of the toilets were therefore more than satisfactory. Even if a beetle or a spider had crept in over night, it was by the next morning her mercilessly efficient wiping zeal fallen victim. In short, every Toiletten-/Dusch-/Waschbeckenbenutzung had finally a good feeling.
One reason for this cleanliness could of course be that it is of
in the 70-year-old holidaymakers to this place just swarmed. This putzwütige sterile generation of women knows from decades of experience carefully with Domestos, Ariel, Persil, etc.. I would imagine that would be pretty hysterical when they lay their Korega tabs on one edge of the sink would need to which there is a strange hair. Whatever the reason one might imagine, is not really so important. In fact, this love Putzdame not unimportant part of their help that the stay comfortable in this place is.
Once when we on the neighboring campsite, the toilets visited there (nausea rustic, and old as the hills without Clopapier!), We juchzten for joy over our booking stroke of luck.
What had disturbed us for Bathing weather was only the pebble beach, which unfortunately was not avoidable. The stones were very cumbersome and painful when Reinlaufen into the water. Bathing shoes are recommended! A few yards further on the next camping section, there are however more recently a characteristic beach.
Ugly and avoidable had an accounting error in the allocation of places. The actual premiums and on the web sites were selected by telephone and at our request in writing (confirmed by email). When we arrived we were just assigned a different place. In discussions we had no desire and poor was the other place is not really. Had it been so, then we would certainly be very annoyed. So be careful when booking! Place guaranteed in this place, it seems not to be (even with a written (email) confirmation. Excursion tips: Schöne Wandermöglichkeiten.

The campground is highly recommended for families with children who also love to have a connection to the Lago Maggiore because this campground is connected to the Lake. The sanitary facilities such as toilets and showers are cleaned every day 2x. The whole camp is very clean in the whole of the janitor tries to keep everything very clean and also helps greatly if they get up in the caravan or entdefeckt in connecting the current in the camp are all employees of this great .. Nice! Excursion tips: Cannobio, Verbania, St. Anna, Locarno

Very poor access! Catastrophic camping, price does not match any power structure, which snitären facilities are clean but eternally out of date I guess 70s. In addition, you have to stay for a price of 40, - € the shower and have been paying extra
Not possible with a bus entering the city. The narrow street is too strong to sail to run there with a child.
Very briefly, NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!! Excursion tips: Monaco sind nur 381km

We were 5 days on the course and since it has the Hut warden (boss) is not eiinmal gaschafft to smile, a tight good morning and then it was already good.
When we arrived we actually wanted to stay 7 days, as the weather and the rudeness of Presonals and is also the pitches that are so small that one can not move if a WW draufsteht, we are not allowed to bleben, we had 7 DAYS PAY although we only 5 DAY DA GOODS.
've Never in my many years of camping life experienced something like 5 days camping and 7 days pay !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The sanitary facilities are very good, but it's also the only thing we can recommend.
Goods then the rest of our vacation resort on Lake Maggiore in Drmelletto Village and because it has us very much.

We have in July 2008 10 days at the International Camping Paradis spent. The facility is super-maintained, very clean toilets, nice
Planting, clean pebble beach with beautiful view. All employees and the owners are very nice gewesen.Unsere whole family has felt very well there. There is no animation, but we also not allowed. The bicycle is just a few minutes in Cannobio. You can also very well in a romantic valley behind Cannobio cycling.
We will be back for the camping reservation!

The unkindness of the Mary, the boss, I had the painful experience last year, when the place was still proppenvoll and we do not unterkamen. But I can say with fervor, that they may be different. Since 1986, I come back every now and always liked her. The course has, however, from the free space which was suitable for young people with a lot of fun, a place for mega tended relaxation with many rules and regulations changed. Myself it does not, but people from the lunch and night's sleep does not necessarily animated, should be looking for another place.
The plant exudes a very positive atmosphere and the staff are usually good mood. The way the city is also easy to walk (700m)
There is the cheaper shops and cafe's to relax.
