With two teenagers at the age of 16 years, we used the camp in Ostia as a starting point for two days visit Rome. Since it directly in front of the entrance to a permanent connection to the S-Bahn into the city has (approximately 45 minutes duration, costs only € 1.00!) Is the place for this purpose excellently. Good is also the on-site assistance at the reception, where one-day tickets for all public transportation in Rome (only 4.00 €!), Etc. can buy directly. Because you really need a car anymore. Positive was the immediate vicinity of the square to the beach with clean water, where the guys in the morning and each evening was refreshing swim. The plots are large enough for two smaller tents plus car. Grilling is possible. Playground is in place, entertainment or wellness programs (in September at any rate) do not apply.
For us adults negatively: It is also quite loud at night because it between two very busy roads is, however, still sleep pretty well, since one of the sightseeing is done. The restaurant is medium built, the supermarket more expensive: They survived. Likewise, for central Italy is the usual cleanliness and facilities: There is a lack of nothing, but should be based on typical Mediterranean resort casual bezgl. care, garbage, etc. adjust, but why even go out. In July / August is the place most crowded quickly.
Overall, for a few days, a perfectly usable camp.

Positive at this campground is clean and the location directly opposite a very nice free beach. Negative, however, are much too close and very thin aneinandergebauten bungalows (especially type D). Moreover, the space directly to a rather noisy main street, is not for peace-seekers. The connection is good, but unfortunately only up to 21.00 and
on the homepage promised shuttle from the airport cost 50 euros from Ciampino take to me via email as promised 2 euros. Absolute misinformation in advance ...
Conclusion: Recommended only for people who are fairly lärmunempfindlich and with your own car. Agreements which have a reservation go best with Valentino to clarify, by him I get reliable information.

We would like to point out that some of the comments on our page, especially those that give a negative assessment, refer in fact to another camp (Castelfusano Country Club) that has a name similar to ours. Unfortunately we often confuse but the satisfaction of the campers seem to be different ...!

A magnificent vegetation

We rented a mobile home recently (June 2007) and we were good: the house is full of everything and clean and a nice shady veranda. The market has everything and the food of the restaurant we like. The thing that struck us most, however, is exceptional vegetation from the park: a beautiful Mediterranean stain and makes a lot of shade. The bungalows with outdoor kitchen, however, did not seem very attractive, but they have seen dentro.La beach is at the gate, crossing a road that is little more than a parking lot: vicinissima.Ci certainly return.

I can only say ... that was a holiday!
The campground has the cleanest toilets I've ever seen! The nearest beach is just 2 minutes to go and the facility is also beautiful!

Home more than mediocre and anthipathique.
Bungalow of filthy (Cobwebs everywhere).
Environment causing the problem (no restaurant, bar ... near the campsite).
Ambiance inadequate.
Showers very désagrébles emitting odors of gasoline.
Food restaurant proposed by camping quality inadequate.
One positive point is the beach, which is actually nearby.

... from Bella Italia and still totally overwhelmed by all the wonderful impressions of Rome & surrounding ...
Castelfusano Internazionale was a hit, we felt very well there and are in any case go out again. A relatively small, very comfortable camping with clean sanitary facilities, a small supermarket and bar and restaurant with delicious snacks. The marine noise you can almost hear ... still is Rome in less than an hour (and for only 1 €!) To achieve all-round ... so to our satisfaction ...
