Nie wieder Novasol,Ferienhaus Anlage.
Wir haben dieses Haus zwar gebucht,spartanisch,einfache Ausstattung war ok für uns,auch lt. Bilder.
Aber die Realität sah anders aus.
Dreck, nass, Schimmel, vieles kaputt, alt, in grossem und ganzen ist das Ferienhaus in einem desolaten Zustand, durfte nicht vermietet werden.
Auf Anfrage an der Rezeption wurde nur sehr unfreundlich und frech darauf reagiert."Wir hätten das Haus ja nicht buchen brauchen. Bei dieser Witterung sei es normal das es drinnen und draussen feucht sei". Aber wir wissen, bei Nachbarhäusern der Ferienanlage, das diese auf dem neuesten Stand sind und zu einem erheblich günstigeren Preis zu buchen sind. Diese wurden uns nach unseren Beschwerden jedoch nicht angeboten obwohl einige leer standen. Uns wurde dafür ein teureres Haus angeboten. Definitiv keine 2 Sterne für ein solch desolates Haus, wo man nachts in ein feuchtes Bett steigen muss und man dort Menschen schlafen lässt. Im Zelt mit Schlafsack hätten wir besser und gesünder geschlafen. Selbst die nicht gebrauchte Wäsche, landete in der Waschmaschine vor lauter Muff und Gestank. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist weil es nicht mehr zumutbar war. Wir haben auf Fotos alles festgehalten.

Da wir die Ostsee lieben hatten wir uns für Süssauer Strand entschieden,ein Fehler den wir nie wieder machen.Wir haben noch nie eine so dreckiges,abgewohntes und völlig verkommenes Objekt betreten.Wir hatten für zwei Wochen gebucht aber nur eine Woche es ausgehalten.Trotz ununterbrochenen Lüftens haben wir den üblen, und modrigen Gestank nicht raus bekommen.Nach 4 Tagen stanken sogar unsere Sachen so sehr das wir sie nicht mehr anziehen konnten.Am ersten Tag haben wir Putzmittel gekauft um wenigstens etwas von diesen all gegenwärtigen Dreck zu beseitigen,vergebens.Der naturbelassene Strand trägt zu Recht den Namen.Einfach nur ein dreckiger und stinkender Abschnitt.Vielleicht sollte Novasol mal einen Rundgang machen um sich von den Dingen ein Bild zu machen was sie da eigentlich anbieten.Aber ich denke mal solange immer wieder Leute darauf rein fallen passiert da sicher nichts.BITTE BITTE SEIT NICHT DUMM SCHAUT EUCH NACH WAS ANDEREN UM !!!!!!! diese stellungnahme von ferienhäußer süssauer strand ist ja wohl ein witz??!!
ich habe schon sehr verhältnissmäßig viel!!! bezahlt (ein jahr davor urlaub in einer ferienwohnung(warnemünde) auch in der hauptsaison für eindeutig weniger mit viel! mehr komfort)und dennoch nur eine feuchte kalte barake bekommen!!! 13 euro das ich nicht lache wann soll das sein...im winter ??? ... in der barake war einfach ALLES uralt,müsste erneuert werden und STINKT ... wer kinder hat sollte von diesen baraken abstand halten ... das kinderzimmer/BOX!!! war der horror ... viel zu klein und ein mief den man bei ständigem lüften nicht herausbekam ... zum glück waren wir nur zu zweit ... ansonsten nur stromfressende veraltete technik wo man aufpassen muss das man bei der abrechnung am ende nicht umfällt ... große vorsicht im umgang bzw in der länge des umgangs geboten ...
eigentlich könnte die baraken wirklich gemütlich sein aber durch die ganzen alten muffigen möbel/wände will iwie wohnlichkeit nicht so richtig aufkommen ... abends wenn das wetter tagsüber mal nicht so warm war bekommt man die bude einfach nicht trocken bzw. warm ... das ich da nicht die heizung anmache kann man ja verstehen wenn man die alten halb von der wand hängenden ölradiatoren sieht und ich den strom zuzahlen muss ... fenster sind überhaupt nicht dicht so das die kälte von draußen hereinzieht und somit auch einiges klamm wird ... UND bei gutem wetter kommt man vor wärme darin um ... es ist ungefähr das selbe als wenn man im zelt liegt welches direkt in der sonne steht ...
nur die finger weg von den dingern !!! die gehören dem erdboden gleichgemacht ...
zum personal kann ich nicht viel sagen da ich selbiges nur am an und abreise tag gesehen hab ... trockenes hallo und tschüss ...
sehr schade für die anlage die meines erachtens,wie man auch beobachten konnte, sehr kinderfreundlich ist ... der strand geht auch sehr in ortnung nicht zu überlaufen,ruhig und vernab der touriverschlingenden strände wie timmendorf oder eben warnemünde ... zum spazieren und baden gehen gut geeignet ... das ist wirklich etwas was man als sehr possitiv abhaken kann wenn man natürlich das problem der hunde außer acht lässt ... es gibt extra einen hundestrand was aber iwie keinen interessiert und alle die einen hund haben gehen einfach dahin wo sie wollen ... das nervt sicherlich ein bisschen wenn man nicht so der hundefreund ist ...
alles in allem ... VIEL zu TEUER für sone abrissbude ... ich könnte auch noch sooo vieles aufzählen was nicht okay war aber da haben auch meine vorredner schon einiges gesagt ...
die umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann wenn man es in den hütten nicht aushält oder das wetter mal nicht so gut ist viel unternehmen und sich anschauen ... Excursion tips: heiligenhafen,fehmarn TOP!!

Ein sehr schöner Strand,nicht überfüllt!Das einfachste Ferienhaus ist sehr dürftig ausgestattet!Meines erachtens wurde auch nicht gereinigt und defekte Dinge wie Besteck,schloss für das WC nicht erneuert..Bad sehr klein.Haben uns ein Comforthaus angeschaut,was ich sofort buchen würde!!Aber die einfachen Häuser nicht mehr!!Schade das die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants so kurz sind,Die Kinder hätten gern auch Nachmittags mal Billjard gespielt!!Die rezeption emfand ich als unfreundlich und als hätte man keine Lust auf Gäste!!Alles in einem:der Strand,der Blick auf das Meer und die tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten haben die anderen Dinge in den Schatten gestellt!! Today, we are fresh back from the "great holiday". Sweet on the beach Auer House No. 715 had booked. After six hours of arrival and duration of ventilation, it stank still totally moldy, mattresses moldy. They offered us a nice way to another house: No. 728th Welcome by spiders and many species of beetles strange, cold and winter (in the house, very hot outside). Probably not been cleaned before, or perhaps earlier in the fall! Note: toilet cistern is above! Against the cold in the house was heated with electricity, but no more than 2 heaters use-POWER FAILURE! The first night we had a "roommate" was woodworm or something like that anschleppte on the following days and nights with probably his whole clan. WE COULD NOT SLEEP AND ARE MORE THEN TODAY FOR HOME HAZARDS IN THE NIGHT NOISES were unbearable to listen to and even during the day.
I would not even book the huts all times and can only warn !!!!!
Hopefully destroy this "BEETLE" the huts pretty quickly!

We take many years to Süssauer beach and were always satisfied.
I think there is something for every budget dabei.Die simple bungalows are simple and functional eingerichtet.Inzwischen we have chosen a comfortable house and are not disappointed wurden.Der beach is less crowded and has no children ideal.Brötchenservice always works well and The team is always keen to meet the needs and maybe sometimes a lack bzw.den lack of beheben.Ich think it all depends on how his concerns have vorbringt.Wir seen as vacationers were just so busy looking for flaws and have also forgotten to take a holiday. (sorry eigendlich). I can tell the team of Fam.Clarus Fr.Voss and only continues so.Wir look forward to the holidays 2011th

I can only guess here is not any book. Unfortunately I was not so smart and I have opinions of the system viewed Süssauer beach. Otherwise I would have posted here under any circumstances. The accommodations are not just old, they are miserable condition. Unfortunately, we did not have enough tools to remove all with obvious defects. But at the front door could be in the closed state, the finger stick clean. It was pretty much anything dirty, rusty, very old, and had deteriorated. The beds are too small for adults, the walls were painted over with white unkind, but that makes it no better. Lamps were not the work roll service advertised not, we forgot our order. The "gym" is a joke and the system is very much posted by dog lovers. Unfortunately we were not known. According to the beach was littered of dogs who also like hinpinkelten all about. I have nothing against dogs, but would have liked to have had the choice, whether its the neighborhood wanted. In suspended a cistern to the toilet about 2o years since I've seen no more. The bathroom was moldy and musty. There was the nice note, but with the humidity kindle fan, but since the cost of electricity should go to my account, I did not see a kindle the old energy hogs. I could write page by page, but only say FINGER WEG!

The beach resort at the beach Süssauer consists of different house types, 11 of which are convenience stores, in part, the houses have a sauna, Jacuzzi and a drain gallery a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The older houses within the House system is simple and less expensive. Here we offer such as in high season, right on the Baltic Sea, rates of EURO 13 per person. That these houses can not offer the same comfort we have found in the rental price. The bread service on the ground is so far yet been complained by any guest. If you order any sandwiches you can not expect that to be delivered. The large sauna and the corresponding fitness is used by our guests happy. A joke of it is at most the user fee, but not the institution. The long kurtaxenfreie beach can be naturally used by our guests who choose to take their pets with them on holiday. No one has felt disturbed by it, especially since the beach is miles long, and thus provides room for everyone. So if you want to go on vacation right on the Baltic Sea to part, is at rock bottom prices Süssauer beach in good hands. More comfort needs must also pay more. The system is always in a neat condition and is fully booked during the summer months. If you want to use his vacation to tinker around, you should choose other targets and not book on the beautiful Baltic Sea coast.

We were always up in 2008 in the southern regions of Europe.
We wanted to try it once with the North, Baltic / North Sea.
We decided at short notice for the Baltic Sea.
We are pleased that we in the middle of the season is still free
Houses were called to .... ...... ...... paid for and drove off.
To get a taste we booked it, thank God, only three nights.
Those were just three too many.
No more Süssauer beach.
It should be a couple of bulldozers and even crossing across
to love the "drive wooden barracks." (Environment)

There were four (two children). Large advertising promises and then nothing of all this. The house is in very bad condition. Damp walls, windows, doors, it was not hot at all. Too bad because in summer it is ideal for children because they can not lose sight of kan. Really a shame. My children have since become ill. The houses would all be completely refurbished. It was our first long holiday with the kids and we are so looking forward to. The first week we went still, since we had moved into a new building. In the rooms the floors were littered despite Endreinigun of Staubfluse and the shelf in the nursery was also thick with dust. Anyway, after repairing the vacuum cleaner, we stop even then sucked again. In the second week we were to live in house number 56, what we rejected. It was crossed with übelst musty smell. Especially the bathrooms and the kitchen were in a worn-out, broken, moldy condition and really been twenty years ago a case for the garbage. Pointed to the shower mildew stains. The wall was attached to the the towel rack full of hair, the shower tray filthy, it took forever to warm water came out of the shower. Nothing costs anything. The buttons even water and electricity and no extra from the old and not too close to the power-hungry devices. We wanted to complain to us immediately in Hamburg and have been put off until Monday. Waaaaas to spend two days here still, compelled us from a mighty effort. On Monday, then the call is in Hamburg. The system is not that bad if you disregard that evening almost no exterior lighting is turned on ... or broken? The house where we were is really the last. Scratched, chipped crockery, rusty stove, a total of a dirty, pampered chef corner. The beds only 1.90 m, but by location. The bathroom was just disgusting, not even a roll of toilet paper available, but a pumice stone, which is probably already the 3rd Season hangs in the shower. A remote control was not even getting that took maybe another: "If the house is not, then nobody else is there!" Was the comment from the reception. Conclusion: the environment, the beach, the promenade, even the plant at first sight for us were OK. Only the apartment was absolutely not worth the money.

The website promises much. The reality is shocking. Most cottages are completely dilapidated, barracks from the 70s. One can not speak of renovation jam. The so-called cottages are demolished. hello here and a current rating of the plant,
it is a really beautiful plant whose best times are already behind him, but in no case is uninhabitable as some people here write.
The bungalows are times now about 30 years old and the man looks at them but there are also new homes on the space! the older bungalows are well equipped and spray a charm of the late 70s ;-)
All in all, one should not 5 * holidays there expect ehr 2 * but who needs 5 * just wants to pay more and rent a new house! very child-and dog-friendly! I was there with my family a wonderful holiday!

Upon entering the house were we (family with 1 child) shocked: abgewohntes quite old, partially defective inventory, dirty and feucht.Am was the worst modrige Geruch.Es insect was not present, box therefore could not be opened with the result that in the stench and had to sleep in the morning the water down the window.
Because of the humidity should be lt schriflichten notice in the night (even at summer temperatures) are heated and this is totally excessive electricity! The deposit already served merely to bring the charges, the separate bills have been retained. A decrease in housing was not held.
For us hard to believe that there is no such thing in Germany.

The welcome by the "Institute Director" was the appropriate reception. True, we were aware of the drama, as we have a huge pile Schwalbenkot had to run to our cottage to be entertained. It's not better. Such a shabby shack stinkige and I own my wild tramp times never experienced. At least not for just EUR 1000 for two weeks. The cutlery was so cheap that it has durchgebogen. Among the neat plastic articles gammmelte the food of the tenant. The beds were still sandy. The extra blankets full of animal hair. The windows were only part of hacking and eyes. We had the house to three (two adults and one child) and not enough chairs. According to the prospectus for 5 persons. My husband was only with legs dressed in our bunk bed. With eagle eyes could roughly follow a television program. That is so small TVs are aware I do not, and how much something you can not hang. But the fit to the 2-seater sofa in a 5 person house. The garden furniture were totally filthy and swallow because of the problem, I was still turned on stupid that sweet animalcule but are protected. Hey prima, then our little child so beautifully by the nature to appear before the house goes. After lengthy back and forth, was a board under the appropriate nest that nearly 14 days passed ... Oh, and the nocturnal visitor in the kitchen, I would like to mention: With a bit of humor makes it fun to pick up snail slime. Oh and the "Bistro" and the children's entertainment is a joke printed. The only thing there are washing machines and a bread delivery service.
The only positive aspect is the location and on the beautiful Baltic Sea and its surroundings. It is really right on the sea and the beach is very beautiful. However, be a great dog friend, because the plant is a Hundeeldorato and they are also taken to the beach.
For finally I must say that we are the best out of the situation have made. Fixed geputzt the first few days, a few kitchen things to buy, even the doors are oiled, and we grilled dinner with the neighbors angefreundet. Trips made and the beautiful landscape genosssen. Then it was ok but even for less money, I would like to have this accommodation no longer do. If we do not have paid in advance, we surely would have immediately fled.

We, a young family with three children and dog were with our stay at the beach Süssauer very pleased. The environment is wonderful for just relaxing, long, sandy beach directly in front of the door, child-friendly facilities, and the whole tourist tax free, what with five people including a lot of mind!
The houses and the plant were in a state of well-maintained, the houses convenient and cozy. No huge luxury, but clean and maintained, and the really quite reasonable price. Overall, in any case grow, we look forward in any case already on our next vacation at the beach Süssauer!

The hut was an unreasonable demand: Dead insects übrerall (even behind the glass of the picture frame!), The dishes dirty, the fridge as well. The window frames for years seemed not to have been cleaned.
The hut belonging to the deckchair was full of bird droppings. Heating could only be supplied with electricity and Conclusion: For a week accommodation 50 Euro Electricity (end June)! The sanitary facilities were worth seeing: the (open) cistern was weaving spiders zugewachsen. The Kochendwasserbereiter had a good 30 years old.

The accommodation was an impudence! It muffelte, spider webs hung in the bathroom and in the SZ, it was much thicker dust rum! My complaint was dismissed, which I imagine it's only fantasy. Although we were a different house for 1 week, but 2 because we wanted to stay and not move again after a wanted, was also unnecessary. That the seating was uncomfortable, the TV is too small with only a few programs, the cheapest type walls and the beds are too low, the morning everything was clammy, was almost irrelevant ... Ah yes, the price is also reasonable ....( according to the operator). I still wonder why and how 30, - € for the cleaning to be paid mußten.Auf a written complaint and refund was even not respond. The only positive was the short walk to the beach, the scenery and the silence. I can only advise each, approximately 30 km further to the Fehmarn to drive!
