Il residence si trova nella bellissima Cittadina di Peschici, ha un giardino molto curato con parcogiochi, piante aromatiche che si possono utilizzare, una mini palestra e parcheggio auto. C'è la piscina e il solarium, anche questi puliti e ordinati.Si organizzano serte di karaoke feste in piscina e propietari squisiti.
