Da evitare come la peste
Non era la prima volta che ci andavamo. Abbiamo amici che hanno roulotte stanziale. Non sono mai stati molto simpatici o accoglienti. Ma arrivare agli insulti da parte di dipendente, con il benestare della direzione, questo e' fantascentifico. Eravamo molto indispettiti perche' la struttura che c'era stata data, oltre che estremamente fatiscente, aveva un letto inaccettabile, con molle che venivano fuori e materasso inesistente. Dopo 2 giorni di discussione, ci cambiano il letto e ne mettono uno da una piazza e poco piu'. Alle nostre rimostranze vengo accusato da un ragazzotto di dubbia capacita' alla reception di essere arrogante e, non contento di questo, ci prende a male parole, ad alta voce in mezzo al camping.
Abbiamo fatto bagagli e siamo andati via.
Nota finale: si sono tenuti l'anticipo e non hanno mai risposto alle mail.

Ottima base per visitare le incantevoli Cinque Terre. Le informazioni che ci hanno dato alla reception ed il servizio navetta camping-stazione ci hanno permesso di muoverci con estrema facilità anche con il tutto esaurito. Abbiamo notato che i servizi igienici sono nuovissimi e superiori alla media. Sicuramente torneremo. Grazie di tutto Excursion tips: Cinque Terre

Abbiamo soggiornato settimana scorsa nel campeggio Arenella. I problemi principali che abbiamo riscontrato sono 4: 1) la qualità della cucina del ristorante, pessima. Mangiate altrove se intendete alloggiare lì. La pizza è fatta in un forno non a legna, il caffè del bar del mattino era annacquato. 2) i bagni erano sporchi, le porte si faceva fatica a chiuderle perché le serrature erano tutte difettose e le docce non parliamone, una sera ho fatto una prova: ho lasciato un campioncino di bagnoschiuma finito sul portasapone della doccia e l'ho ritrovato il giorno dopo, il che significa che la signora delle pulizie non era neppure passata a pulire altrimenti l'avrebbe visto e rimosso. 3) il campeggio è a 2 km dalla spiaggia, e hanno un servizio navetta fantozziano. l'anziano signore che guida il pullmino faceva salire sa 12 a 17 persone sul piccolo mezzo prima di partire, nonostante avesse solamente 8 posti a sedere. E di fronte alle rimostranze sul fatto che il pullmino era troppo pieno, ci ha detto che anche i successivi sarebbero stati pieni. o così o si va a piedi. in pratica uno è costretto a salire su un mezzo sapendo di non essere tutelato dall'assicurazione perché se il pullmino ha 8 posti e fai salire 16 persone, chiaramente io mi posso rifiutare di salire. 4) il market non ha batterie per le torce in vendita e ha orari di apertura tipo pausa pranzo di 4 ore e chiuso anche la sera (!).

Der Campingplatz ist sehr ruhig gelegen - schlafen bis 9:00 kein Problem - ca 3Km vom Meer entfernt, was aber kein größeres Problem darstellt, da alle 20 min. ein Shuttlebus zum Strand fährt (kostenlos). Das Restaurant und die Pizzeria am Platz sind zu empfehlen. Außerem ist die Anlage ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Was uns besonders gut gefiel, war die fehlende Animation und die damit verbunde Ruhe tagsüber ebenso wie Nachts.
Zu erwähnen wären noch die Sanitären Anlagen, welche u.a. unglücklich angeordnet sind (Waschbecken direkt an der Eingangstür, Anbauten hinter dem Waschhaus, fehlende Spiegel) und schon älter.
Schön wäre ein Hinweis an der Rezeption, dass man in die Nachbarorte am Besten mit dem Zug fährt und wo sich der nächstgelegene größere Supermarkt befindet (mit Anreisehinweis).
Der Strand ist in Teilen frei zugänglich (nicht wie in anderen Orten, wo man gegen Gebühren Liegen mieten muss), das Meer ist für die Mittelmeer-Region wunderbar wild, was aber auch zu Einschränkungen beim Baden führt (rote Fahne). Excursion tips: Cinque Terre, Levanto, Golf von La Spezia

The campsite is quiet, but the tents are very close to each other, there is no private place. The sanitary facility is satisfying. But don't pay before you leave, because there is no possibility to get back the money (even without reservation). The cars are very far from the tents which is very unpleasant.

My cousin and I just returned from a one-week stay in the Cinque Terre, we stayed at the campsite Arenella.
what say we find a just and all .... Wonderful, a simple and impeccable service, we were quickly picked up at the station with shuttle service which is regularly the line between camping and Devia Marina station (city center), then we very easily unable to install, we were informed very clearly.
the site is very well maintained, the toilets are clean and regularly cleaned.
for us the most is the restaurant that we can discover the typical price for really minimal, and the team is delicious.
a big thank you to all.

The holidays in this camp was for us a little foolish. The environment (Cinque Terre) is beautiful and has some wonderful places ready, but the accommodation at the resort Arenella was very disappointing.
- Ambient (Note 3):
The region is beautiful, both for hikers as well as for beach lovers highly recommended. Trips are both Chinque Terre and the surrounding villages. However, the city is not Marina Deiva to this camp belongs. Probably one of the five architectural ugly Italy. Garbage dumps next to half-demolished Bauruinen, concrete pads, and matted bushes everywhere.
- Investment (Note 4):
The good first. The routes are short. Whether to sanitation (which at several points distributed over the square), or to the centrally located restaurant. However, from a "shop" out of the question. This is a refrigerator with a box office and five articles. The bar is a dreary bar in the restaurant and the "laundry" are two or three washers. The food in the restaurant was on our first visit is very good (pizza), but the operation so unfriendly, that the first and the last visit was. The reception was a bright spot. Friendly, good English and competent answers.
- Accommodation (Grade 4):
We had the feeling on compacted gravel to camp. Perhaps this was once a road through, in any case we have any herring for which we have used our tent bent. The installation was a sweaty and very time consuming. Directly next to our campsite was a road used primarily by extremely loud Piaggo Three-wheeled vehicles, even at night. That being said, we had the feeling in the Northwest European ghetto to live. A pity, because I am used to Italian culture - or a hybrid - in Italy Vacation actually prefer. The parking lot was monitored, and closed at night, the facility clean, the garbage but it was also at eight clock morning pick, with above-mentioned three wheels. The cabinet asked for was more of a lax fridge, it was impossible for us the cooler to keep cool. Were in favor of the cold rooms of the Sanitary facilities, showers were received in three seconds from. Also, I wonder where the preference for Stehtoilletten come, for men there was no alternative.
- Leisure (Grade 5):
Miserably. The camp had nothing to offer, the city was, to say sucks, the beach was good and happy four kilometers away and extremely vile. That now and then a bus there, the matter went no better. The only possibility of a game for children was the Bach, the more randomly through the middle of the place ran. No swings, nothing. That there is no animation was the place I would rather be credited advantage, so he creates it is not only from the existing grade six to five.

The camp has given us very much, the facilities were always very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful.
Only one thing was very disturbed that we have with our motorhome between some Italian Dauercampern confessed and were in the evening is always very loud until midnight and even longer was never Ruhe.Die camp supervisor would have to make peace, at least from 23 h.
Because we wanted to watch so much, we got up even earlier and the most unausgeschlafen, in the evening because it was impossible to go to bed, because you could not sleep anyway. And then came yet is that we could hardly entertain, when we sat in front of the camper, as the Italians were so loud - simply inconsiderate!
Perhaps the duration of campers put together and the "short" is not daruntermischen.
