Eigentlich waren 14 Tage gebucht - wir reisten aber nach 7 Tagen ab. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Chalet SAMOA LUXE nicht ordentlich geputzt worden war - zudem waren 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer von Ameisen heimgesucht. Auf unsere Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurde uns Abhilfe versprochen - wir warteten aber vergeblich. Schlussendlich putzten wir die Unterkunft selbst und versuchten mittels Insektenspray die Ameisenanzahl zu "reduzieren". Das Mobilheim "SAMOA-LUXE" ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, von Luxus kann aber nicht die Rede sein. Die Unterkunft ist nicht isoliert (Tag staut sich die Hitze, nachts wird es ...kalt). Zudem drang während den verschiedenen tagtäglichen (in der Saison) Veranstaltungen Lärm (bis 23 Uhr) durch die dünnen Holzwände. Die Matraze des Doppelbetts war deutlich am Ende. Das Radio (mit CD und MP3-Spieler) machte auch ausgeschaltet Lärm (Rauschen...). Der vor dem Chalet aufgebaute Gasgrill (praktisch) war "überfettet". Die Beschwerden wurden vom Personal aufgelistet (angeblich) es war aber unmöglich einen Termin bei einem Verantwortlichen zu bekommen... Ein durchdringender Chlorgeruch lag über der Poollandschaft... Unbedingt Fahrräder vorsehen, da der Weg zum Strand -> Ozean 3km beträgt. Der Verkehr überlastet zumal an den Wochenenden die kleinen Strassen um Claouey... Excursion tips: Cap Ferret, Arcachon

Our stay was divided into two parts, the first week in tent and the second week in a bungalow.
Here are the negative points raised:
- Quite noisy if you are near the road,
- According to the position of the site, provide bicycles to go to the pool area, reception or the evening if the trip can be quite long,
- Access to the ocean is far enough, must drive several miles
- Some places for tents are small, nonfunctional and poorly organized,
- Impossible to speak to management following inciddent at least take rdv 1 week in advance
The positive statements:
- Happy hours every evening for 1 hour
- Bar staff very welcoming and friendly
- Pool area very well
- Night markets held in the camp several times a week
- Restaurant in the center of the campsite, very good value for money,
After reading the reviews we were very worried, but this trip is for us very good memories.
Would recommend!

Great facility, very clean bathrooms, games and entertainment for children and youth class. My children have been there probably felt super.
The environment is fantastic. The Atlantic coast is reminiscent of "Bay Watch". The internal multi-ideal for children!
Was a great vacation, and I will be there 100% outward time again!
