DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS. We booked online and were charged 100 Swiss Fr for three nights stay. When we arrived, we were greeted by a hostile and impatient owner who gave us no information about the campsite/additional payments. We would have happily paid any outstanding money, had we been informed. Instead, a day after we had left the campsite, the owner took the additional money (without permission, making an unathorised transaction on our credit card) + one extra night's stay from our account. He kept our card details, despite the fact that we had not signed or given any form of verbal/other agreement for him to do so. In dealing with our complaint regarding this scenario, the owners have been arrogant and patronising making comments such as one email solely containing the words 'You are young and you will learn, the cost is payed now'. Whilst the location is beautiful, the campsite is average and the rudeness spolied our experience. There are many others in the area. Excursion tips: The Titlis mountains are stunning
