Wir sind als Paar um die 50 auf Kultur-Reise unterwegs gewesen um Passau anzusehen. Leider hat der Platz keine wirklichen Mitbewerber. Hätte er dies, wäre er leer. Die zuvor gelesenen Kritiken haben leider alle zugetroffen und waren nicht übertrieben. Darum wollten wir eigentlich gar nicht erst hin. Bei der Anmeldung empfing uns der rustikale Inhaber - er hatte ein T-Shirt an "Ich Chef - Du nix ". Das war auch Programm.

Die Fliesen in den Sanitäranlagen schicken einen wirklich auf eine Zeitreise 40 Jahre retoure. Mit dem Rad nach Passau ins Zentrum sind es ca. 1 Std. Leider hört der schöne Uferradweg schon nach kurzer Zeit auf und man fährt eine meist unschöne Strecke neben einer sehr verkehrsreichen Straße bis ins Zentrum. War nicht ganz so wie wir uns den Donauradweg vorgestellt hatten.

Fazit : Der Platz kann nur existieren weil es für Wohnmobilfahrer und Pkw mit Anhänger keine andere Lösung gibt. Zwei Nächte hält man aus und man ist ja mit dem Chef nicht verheiratet.

Auch was Positives : Die sehr freundliche Dame in Laden und Reception - wenn der Chef mal nicht da war. ( Sollte er öfter sein, wär gut fürs Geschäft :-) )

Dieser Campingplatz diente diesen Sommerurlaub als Anlaufstelle, um sich Passau näher anzuschauen, da er als einziger in der Nähe liegt. Das ist aber das einzige positive, was wir an diesem Platz finden konnenten.

Zum Einchecken wollte man unsere Personalausweise einbehalten, da angeblich schon viele Gäste ohne zu bezahlen abgefahren seien. Sowas ist ja tieftes Mittelalter. Wir sind dann zwei Tage dort geblieben, um uns Passau anzuschauen. Die Kosten von 53.- Euro (Reisemobil) haben uns fasten umgehauen. Zudem kommen die nicht auszuhaltenden Zustände der Sanitäranlagen. Keine Klobrillen, teilweise sehr unsauber und überall hängt ein Hochdruckreiniger.

Ferner wird dort auch mit einer freien Internetanbindung geworben. Funktioniert leiden nicht. Wir haben es die beiten Tage versucht, leider ohne Erfolg. Fragen wollten wir es garnicht, um den Besitzer nicht noch mehr in Verlegenheit zu bringen.

Unser Fazit: Eine glatte 6.

On Wednesday, 13:05, we have, unfortunately for the Three Rivers Camping decided. Since the hostel was full, we had to camp, but this was a big mistake. The camping rates are totally covered, for a few 5P with car parking was about 35 € is required. The tent can be set up on a meadow which are certainly some young people as Drifstrecke have taken, there is also teeming of dog and forest animals and insects. The powder extinguisher this campsite has zubieten, would also once again ne Tüv analysis. The "laundry" and the toilet facility originates from 2nd World War, when entering the shower can be so easily confused with a gas chamber, and the signs with the inscription for Spülkammer ... are still written in old German. In addition, the supermarket that camping is not more than 3 products zubieten half of them still from the GDR time comes. "The Tuna" has expired, incidentally, there is not even to buy cigarettes. The coffee was too expensive and the breakfast bread, but what was fresh. The same rates a 5 star camping which is not worth. The campsite is well signposted and has a good location, but you should still opt for a night to take earplugs, as against the young by 2 clock in the early music higher, nothing is done. The shield with the inscription "bfüat di god" takes to be exactly to what one thinks on arrival! Personally I will never again set foot on this camp contact. Mfg

We have a tent camp for overnight use. The route was well signposted, but that's all that is positive to note. The sanitary facilities are totally outdated: no Klobrillen the entire bathroom is cleaned with high pressure. Even if the staff is friendly, you can simply do not feel comfortable here. Against visitors, at 2 o 'clock at night loud music will hear nothing. While the price of coffee a Western luxury camp, says it on the pitch we would be in the middle of Siberia. The indoor pool is apparently an indoor swimming pool, which, if anything, only usable in the summer.

The interior suggests a relic shield from the 70s on the daily picture out. Will you do not, however. Of course, the course also its good sides: those who travel into the past business, you can be comfortable here.

Conclusion: friendly staff, location ok, rest: under dog!

We have just the camp for a mid-night use. This has already served us. A second interim night or even a vacation, we would in any case to spend this place.

The 3 Rivers Camping Passau has a beautiful location, but that's all.

The sanitary facilities are totally obsolete (charm of the early 70s) and completed resides. It was in the last two decades renoviert.Die prices, however, are adapted to modern times and consequently on the "Service" is offered the total excessive.

Conclusion: In order to Passau - perfect - there is otherwise no other campground in the area. However, for a maximum of one night.
