Sehr gute Lage, sehr Freundliches Personal

Welcome to the desert Service

The camp site is located in an idyllic setting Beautiful Weserbergland a lake.
The atmosphere at the lake is great, because here the children can play out. We rent canoes and there is an oversight that the bather has always in mind.
Otherwise a lot of us that we were a tourist in the whole place hardly welcome. Neither at the front desk, still on newsstands, and especially not in the restaurant where the host with incredible joylessness scared away potential guests.
When registering, we had to wait forever, the staff was stressed and this was clearly out to those who wait. Services that existed when the application was granted, upon departure, and made bold inflated invoice. So we had 4 people, one dog, a tent and two cars fewer than 37, - EURO per night paid. When we wanted to do the math and the lady in the application of an incorrect billing excessive attention, this began immediately (along with her colleague) to us to make very condescending and joylessness.
Since we had a dog with you (according to telephone inquiry no problem), we were not (as previously agreed) loaded on the camping field, but to the most neglected edge of the campsite. The course here was very weird and uneven and interspersed with many stones. And also we had a lot of thistles in the square, we only had to stab ...
Since many better places available the entire time was wasted, we feel the pushing off on such a "heap" as effrontery!
The Wash House III is a really scruffy, broken and messy, especially barrack ...
Bottom line: We certainly do not come back ...!

fell for full ...

It could have been so nice ...
When we ankahmen at the reception, we expected a long queue in the overheated building. It worked there for two women: one was the data of the campers, the other not ... She tapped occasionally on your keyboard, write a receipt times, it could be otherwise, all the time and was probably about the increasingly long line at registration.
When we finally turn to for some time were, we were assigned another place, without notice, as the one we were expecting.
On a hilly, rocky and with very many thistles covered area so we should pitch our tents ... Because of the many stones we could harness our little tents, because the stakes were attached only with extreme difficulty. Unlike agreed the place got no electricity or water. One possibility for washing our dishes was present only in wash-house 2 - a long way with a heavy dish washing ...
Our "wash barrack 3" was a real imposition. The urinal was for 2 days of busy and broke, the HerrenWC. The cleaning lady did not consider it necessary to turn off the water here - another sign of the broken urinal to install. The rest of the wash house was for the most part clean, but completely worn out and outdated.
After we had tried to make the situation the best and enjoy the beautiful Humboldtsee struck us with horror when we wanted to order from the host of "guest" room something to drink. We had never experienced at a campsite a so unfriendly, inflexible and ugly people. He could offer us that is no place for two families!
Tables were not allowed to go crazy and drink outside gabs nothing ...
We were virtually thrown out of the guy, although his terrace only 50% was occupied by guests ...
Now that helped no more positive attitude, and we shaved, never go back to the campsite Humboldtsee.
At checkout, the same image: long queues, long waiting, Unkompetenz.
During settlement, then the next terror, almost 80 € to taste the two nights. The ingenuity of the two ladies reception was incredible - the nerve and audacity as well.
As we also made a hint of protest, both started immediately furie right upon us ...
We were all happy to come away from here! It had yet to be so beautiful ...
incredibly joylessness and worst people

On the return trip from the North Sea for 2 nights we were on the pitch.
It has pleased us well, the lake is very beautiful you can wuderbar Baden (under Lifeguard) Kiesstrand.Die sanitary facilities were clean only, there was no soap dispenser and towels but not always hot water. the inhabited spaces were well maintained, however, the empty and abandoned spaces
were in an unkempt condition (Dauerstellplätze!?). Sandwiches could be ordered at the kiosk after payment.
