Na ja.....

Review of Andrea from Hesse / Germany, April 2012
Language of the review:
Travel date: April 2012
Age: 40-49 years
Length of stay: 4-7 Days
Type of accommodation: Camper (personal)
Booking: No previous booking

Most unfriendly and dirtiest camp

Review of Familie aus Österreich from Upper Austria / Austria, November 2010
Language of the review:
Travel date: July 2010
Age: 40-49 years
Length of stay: Long-term camper / guest
Type of accommodation: Caravan (personal)
Booking: Campsite/Tourist Resort

Spent two months with a caravan on the pitch.
Neusiedlerseecard was denied us because we were classifies as annual rent, although we always went back home, and never more than 1 week in a row there were. Because of free admission to swimming pools, museums, etc. had to pay everything.
Children are actually on the pitch not welcome - motorists driving fast is allowed - claims were due to speeding placed at the front desk when not given. Friendliness was not written just great.
Cleanliness of the sanitary system: filthy, old broken - everything unkempt - 1 x cleaning in the morning too little!
Our summary: Burgenland, yes, but not at the Stork Camp !!!!!

18.11.2010: Answer from Storchencamp Rust

Dear Guest!

We're sorry that you disagree with our court were satisfied.

1) The rules for the Neusiedler See Card are set by the Tourist Board of the Burgenland. We have to stick to the Tourism Act, that states that this card does not apply to seasonal sites.

The only options would have to pay for each day to meet the requirements of the law. However, since this makes absolutely no sense, because your vacation would have cost then about 4 times, your selected option was certainly the cheaper alternative. They have been at your arrival to that fact but attention.

2) Children are welcome. We are 10 years of student travel providers, and are therefore accustomed to children and try to deal with children.

3) Driving: It is always difficult for the employees, guests criticism: In the complex, guests can drive into the side roads 10km / h, on main road 25km / h.

4) With regard to sanitation, we would state that only the women's facility is old and not the masters system, since it was renovated in spring 2010.

The women's facility is designed in winter 2010 new. The toilet - and showers are cleaned daily mind.2 times, 3 times daily in peak season. However, we will improve control.

5 sorry) We, we know that our staff were extremely friendly. We will review this issue in detail and with coaching and seminars to remedy this situation immediately.

Yours sincerely,

Your Storchencamp Team

We have selected the campsite because of its long. the city's building, away the water not even 2 minutes. the public transport was very good.
However, I must not say the camp was so great. During the registration and deregistration unfriendly and very stressed. The food at the campsite Restaurant almost inedible, the sanitation facilities, very very poor, a Grauss for showers, dirt, spiders, and no possibility to attract fresh clothes dry because the water is all wet from the shower TRAINING angespritz.

Excursion tips: Rust, Eisenstadt, Wien, Mörbisch, Ungarn

Rust Interests

The campsite is easy anzufahren.Die receptionist at the front desk was very unfriendly. Although arrived at the normal opening hours, they showed us at the top of the fact that they had really wanted to close the same. Then she took a long time in the computer reservation not brought the tour group confused with the name and residence, also said a bad German (probably) Hungarian assistant and only through the mediation of our brother traveled here the day before the confusion could be improved, because the group with different times were entered twice, six reservations. Thank God we had all written order form is there. The departure was much easier, although bureaucratic, but at least we have been adopted with the wish "good onward.
Standard toilets are simple but clean and without complaint. The kitchen at the place is good and cheap, but uncomfortable. The service is simply bad, which information on buses and trips betrifft.Der kiosk is adequately sorted.
Übelstes experience: After the operetta, we returned to visit 1am and turned off their cars in the parking lot overnight. My brother put his car into a parking spot locked probably not noticed before the kiosk, where only one painting board pointed to the delivery of goods. When he tried to clear the square clock At 7, he was already zugeparkt with several historic small van and the windshield and side window smeared with chalk paint, among other things with the words "monkey". The car was locked up after 10 clock morning, until then, the kiosk operator's business schloß.Trotzdem we did not, although my brother in law as a lawyer immediately noted several offenses on display and police deployment to the otherwise wonderful operetta and opera experiences by not more trouble to belsten. The reception we have switched because of our Vorerlebnisse not ein.Troz these side effects have a nice weekend with family gatherings.
The most beautiful experiences: cruising by boat to Mörbisch to "My Fair Lady" and the next day, "Rigoletto" at St. Margaret.
Rust is the place beautiful.
