Eine saubere, gepflegte Anlage und preiswert dazu. Hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zur Stadt Avignon und somit besonders interessant für Touristen, die Kulturdenkmäler besuchen wollen.

wir waren als familie mit 2 kindern im august 2008 auf diesem platz. die sanitäranlagen sind älter, aber gut gepflegt. wir empfanden den platz als laut, zum einen, weil auf der einen seite des platzes ein stauwehr der rhone ist bei dem man je nach wassserstand einen wahnsinnsinns geräuschpegel durch herabstürzende wassermassen hat, wenn man weiter nach hinten geht hört man das zwar nicht mehr, dafür den lärm vom pool und abends die animation (21.30 - mind 24 h)die neben dem pool stattfindet(während unseres aufenhaltes einmal bis 1.15h in der früh). ansonsten ist der platz sehr schön, bietet viel schatten und man kann seinen platz selbst aussuchen. die sanitaerhäuser sind sauber, was allerdings störend ist, dass es nirgends in der wärme zu regelndes wasser gibt, und selbst an den waschbecken nur auf zeitintervall eingestellte wasserhähne, das macht beim duschen richtig spass, wenn man ständig drücken muss. der platz liegt ca. 6 km von avignon auf einer insel in der rhone, die sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit dem fahrrad erreichbar. es sind wenig deutsche auf dem platz überwiegend franzosen, holländer und engländer. die rezeption ist häufig überfüllt, deutsch spricht nur eine mitarbeiterin, aber mit englisch klappt es ganz gut. der camping shop ist nicht gut sortiert, ausser brot, wasser und strandsachen gibt es wenig, aber es gibt in den ortschaften drumrum genügend supermärkte. der platz ist empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht ruhesuchend ist.
